The Activity Menu was originally developed by KAPE (http://www.kapekh.org) a Cambodian NGO committed to improving education for all children in Cambodia.

The toolkit takes a Child Friendly Schools (CFS) approach. It is meant to be a reference and tool for Ministries of Education and other development practitioners in their efforts to implement non-prescriptive, stake-holder driven interventions.
